Continental Group shall undertake any required technical and organizational measures in accordance with legislative provisions arising from the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
This privacy policy shall regulate the manner in which Continental Group handles data it processes when a user visits the Continental Group website. The processing of users’ personal data (i.e. data subject) is based on one of the fundamentals of control.

Call-related procedures and data control

Continental Group collects and processes data subject’s personal information in accordance with national legislative provisions, GDPR provisions and Continental Group procedures on processing and protecting personal information, which also lists categories of data users. 

Continental Group collects applicants’ personal information through the Electronic Application System (EPP).

In case a project is selected for financing, Continental Group collects and processes personal information for the purpose of contracting.

 

Cookie policy

Continental Group web-based applications and services as well as the Continental Group website all use cookies. These are small text files which the internet browser stores on your devices without causing any harm. We use cookies to adapt our services to the users’ needs. Some of these files remain stored on your devices until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser during your subsequent visits to our website. Server logs

Our server collects information automatically sent by your browser and automatically stores them in files called “server logs”. The information stored include: browser type and version, operating system used, site URL, host name of the connected computer, time of server request and IP address. These data are not connected to any other data sources.

 

Your rights

Data subjects are entitled to request information on the personal information collected, stored and processed by Continental Group, they are entitled to correct, delete, limit, transfer and recall data and have the right to appeal. Data user who feels that Continental Group violated any of his right guaranteed by GDPR may submit a request for determining the violation of rights to the competent body, i.e. (Personal Data Protection Agency).
